I am Mr. Mac, probably the first mac & cheese chef in Hawaii, offering mac & cheese on the island of Oahu. If you are looking for high-quality and comforting dishes, then you are at the right place.
My culinary life journey took me from France to Hawaii to study business management and then back to France to study culinary arts. After five years of extensive experience as a professional chef in my restaurant in Europe, I decided to come back to Hawaii to open a mac & cheese restaurant.
With a mix of American and French cuisine, the dishes you will find on my menu can perfectly fit the stewing pot of flavors that make Hawaiian cuisine fascinating.
My staple dish in Hawaii will be an American classic, made with a French approach to cooking and seasoned with a Hawaiian spirit. Mac and cheese is the ultimate comfort food and it is also a dish reminding Americans of home and comes with a complete flavor profile.
